The desert edition of the BWR series, starting from McDowell Mountain Park near Scottsdale. The 122-mile Waffle is 58% unpaved, mixing rough dirt roads and washes in the Tonto forest with singletrack and some steep paved climbs. Shorter Wafer and Wanna routes are offered.
