A UCI Gran Fondo World Series round based in Medellín that doubles as a qualifier for the amateur world championships. Riders choose between a gran fondo and a shorter medio fondo, both starting in the city. This is the event's second edition; it moved to Medellín after a first running in Bogotá.

A gran fondo through the mountains north-east of Medellín, climbing through Barbosa, Girardota, Santo Domingo and Cisneros with three timed mountain primes on the long route. The 127 km option carries 2,600 m of Andean climbing and some fast technical descending. It first ran in March 2026, so it is not yet an established annual fixture.
